FLORA, Ill. (WAND) - One person was taken to the hospital after an accident near Route 45.
Illinois State Police say it happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday near Flora.
Officials say the car’s driver lost control of his vehicle. They say he swerved off the road and hit several trees and a utility pole. They say the vehicle overturned as well.
ISP says the car’s passenger was taken to the Clay County Hospital in Flora for injuries.
