PESOTUM, Ill. (WAND) - Interstate 57 northbound at milepost 220 (Pesotum) is closed due to the road being obstructed by an oversized load. 

Illinois State Police said Tuesday morning the road will be closed until the obstruction is cleared. 

I-57 north is being diverted onto Route 45 at Pesotum. 

A viewer sent WAND a short video clip showing the closure.
