DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) – Decatur leaders approved changes to help Blue Spoon change its location.
The city council voted to rezone part of Wood Street near Fleet Feet on Monday night. Blue Spoon shut down its Oakland Avenue restaurant earlier in 2018.
The store’s owner said leasing issues led to that location closing down.
A new Blue Spoon is expected to be built in the rezoned area. Â
