DECATUR, IL- Anyone with a Soy Capital bank debit card might want to check their account.
The bank says it was one of five Midwest banks where some Mastercard debit cards had fraudulent charges recently.
The bank says a small percentage of customers were affected.
The bank says that anyone who spots a fraudulent charge should call them at 428-7781.
