LINCOLN, Ill. (WAND) - Two people were arrested following a drug bust in Lincoln.
An investigation conducted Sept. 20 by the Central Illinois Enforcement Group into the distribution of drugs from a home in the 1000 block of Tremont St. led them to two men.
22-year-old Phillip Barnd of Lincoln was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, a Class X felony.
20-year-old Ricky Webb of Peoria was arrested for two outstanding warrants.
Both were taken to the Logan County Jail.
