Washington-- Family Dollar stores are recalling Wax Warmers because of fire and burn hazard. About 32,000 of the Wax Warmers made in China can produce high flames and pose a fire and burn hazard to consumers. They were sold exclusively at Family Dollar Stores from April 2015 to September 205 for $4. Family Dollar has received 11 reports of the warmers producing high flames, including two reports of burn injuries and three reports of property damage. The recall involves ceramic wax warmer sets that include four vanilla-scented wax cubes for melting and a teacup-shaped ceramic warmer with an opening to insert a tea light candle. The ceramic warmers are colored cream with gold trim, and green with gold trim. Consumers should stop using them and return them to any Family Dollar store for a full refund. You can contact Family Dollar stores at 800-547-0359.
