(WAND) - We're only two weeks away from Christmas and the weather across Central Illinois remains quiet.
Â
After a cold, frosty start to the day Monday, it'll be seasonably chilly with highs in the low-40s.
Â
Skies clear out this afternoon and plenty of sunshine is in the forecast Tuesday. Highs will reach the mid-40s.
Â
It'll become mostly cloudy Wednesday with highs in the low-40s.
Â
A warming trend kicks in later this week with highs in the upper-40s to around 50° Thursday through the weekend.
Â
The only real chance of rain is Saturday evening and even then, it's only a slight chance.
