MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - A woman is accused of stealing from the Mattoon Walmart.
31-year-old Stevie Simpson is charged with theft.
She was arrested Saturday night. Police said the theft happened Feb. 19.
Simpson was issued a notice to appear in court.
