TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - Authorities have identified the woman whose body they found early Wednesday. 

Police told WAND-TV the woman is 27-year-old Isabelle Triezenberg. They said autopsy results showed there was no sign of foul play in her death. 

Officers said they found the woman at about 6:41 a.m. Wednesday in the alley of the 600 block between West First and West Maple streets.

Toxicology results are still pending Thursday.
