Carlee Bronkema joined the WAND team in June 2022. Carlee has lived most of her life in the Midwest, being born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

She went to college in Boston, graduating from Emerson College with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a minor in history. While in college, she was a food show host, entertainment reporter, anchor, and executive producer of her school's politics show. 

If Carlee is not chasing her latest story, you can usually find her with her husband Logan and their cat Winston, who they adopted from the Macon County Animal Shelter. She loves baking, reading, and playing pickleball. She enjoys spending time with her family, who mostly still live in Michigan.
