Illinois volleyball looking for new leaders on court heading into 2025 season

CHICAGO, Ill. (WAND) -- Illinois volleyball was up in Chicago Monday for Big 10 media day.

This season they enter the ninth year under head coach Chris Tomas.

Entering the fall the team is looking to move on after losing six seniors and play makers including Raina Terry who left her mark with the Illini being the all time leader in aces and kills.

But this years squad is ready to use what they learned from Raina and find new leadership on the court.
