Tre White enters transfer portal

(WAND) -- Illinois Junior Guard Tre White has entered the transfer portal according to multiple sources. 

White played in 32 games starting 31 of them for the Illini in the 2024-25 season. He averaged 10.5 ppg and shot just over 50% from the field.

White joins Carey Booth and Morez Johnson Jr. in entering the portal in the last three days. 

This will also mark White's third time entering the portal. He previously played at USC and Louisville before coming to Illinois last April.
