DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Happy Monday! It’s another foggy morning for nearly all of central Illinois.Â
A Dense Fog Advisory is in place for most of the region this morning until 10 am. It highlights limited visibility down to a quarter of a mile or less. As the fog lifts by mid-morning, cloudy skies will be left in its wake ahead of our next weathermaker. Temperatures will top off in the mid to low 50s.Â
This evening, isolated showers will begin to roll in by dinnertime. Then, showers will be widely scattered overnight tonight before tapering off by sunrise tomorrow morning. We can expect patchy drizzle to linger throughout the day tomorrow as a secondary cold front swings through. Rain totals will be between a tenth of an inch to a half inch for the region.Â
Behind this, we’ll be cold and blustery for the midweek. Temperatures will be int the 30s during the day and low 20s overnight, and we may feel like teens by Thanksgiving morning.Â
