DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - It was just Sunday afternoon and evening that parts of Central Illinois, primarily south of I-72, picked up a couple to a few inches of heavy rain. Â
Here we go again!
For many across the state, rain is needed, but when it comes too much, too fast, there are flooding woes. Â
Numerous locales have picked up over two inches of rain so far within today's storm, and it is not over just yet.Â
This storm will wind down this evening, but there are a few road closures across the area, so I cannot stress the old adage enough: Turn Around- Don't Drown!
