CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - The 3rd Annual Champaign Vegan Chef Challenge starts April 1. 

Local chefs will be competing for your votes with plant-based menu options. 

To participate, visit the Champaign Vegan Chef Challenge website to see a list of participating restaurants and menu items between April 1 and April 30.

Visit participating restaurants and try their vegan dishes.

Then, vote for your favorites either at the restaurants or on the website. 

The current list of 25 restaurants and chefs who are participating in this year’s Vegan Chef Challenge include:
