SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - The Animal Protective League will host an event aimed at helping kittens until they can be adopted.Â
A Kitten Shower will take place from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at APL's location at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield.Â
Attendees can donate items, enjoy snacks, play games and best of all, take photos with adorable kittens.Â
Wishlist items include canned cat food, heating pads, cat carriers, toys, baby wipes, Ziploc baggies, kitten baby bottles and more.Â
