MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - COUNTRY Financial representative John Kent, the Illinois Farm Bureau and Coles County Farm Bureau will distribute water for Mattoon residents affected by the "Do Not Drink" order this weekend.
The distribution will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday while supplies last at the COUNTRY Financial Eric Anderson and John Kent Agency in Mattoon.
Country Financial Public Relations said in a press release that the City of Mattoon has made changes to ease traffic congestion during the distribution period.
Residents should enter 8th St. off Broadway, as the street will be one-way for southbound traffic only.

“As farmers, we know what it means to support each other—and we’re doing just that,” said Illinois Farm Bureau President Brian Duncan in a statement. “We are glad to be able to provide some assistance in this situation, in partnership with COUNTRY Financial and Coles County Farm Bureau.”
