DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A Fall Harvest Festival will be held at Rock Springs Conservation Area.Â
The Macon County Conservation District is inviting the public to attend the festival on Saturday, October 12 from 1-4 p.m.Â
People will be able to celebrate fall at Rock Springs with archery, canoeing, pumpkin painting, wagon rides, and more.Â
The Homestead Prairie Farm and its woodworking shop and gardens will be open for free tours.Â
There will be vintage games for children and adults in the yard at the farm and live music on the Homestead Prairie Farm stage.Â
Concessions will be available for purchase from the Macon County Conservation Foundation.Â
Archery and canoeing will be $3 per person. Pumpkin painting is $5 per person. All other events are free.Â
Rock Springs Conservation area is located on the southwestern edge of Decatur.Â
