IHSA boys basketball tournament set to generate millions of dollars for Champaign community

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - The road to the championship leads to Champaign.

On Monday night two local teams secured their spots in the boys' basketball state semifinals. Effingham's St. Anthony will compete on Thursday morning in Class 1A, while Chatham Glenwood will play that evening in Class 3A.

This marks the fourth year that the city will host thousands of students and families at the State Farm Center, generating millions of dollars for the surrounding community.
