SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - City Water, Light and Power said water service has been restored to all three areas impacted by water main breaks Monday afternoon.Â
CWLP posted an update to Facebook at 8:15 p.m. saying water crews are still working on individual service line repairs to three customers on Amherst Drive.Â
Earlier in the day, a 6-inch water main break in Youngston Holiday Hills interrupted service to around 60 residents on Amherst Drive, Skyview Drive and Holiday Road.
Around 40 customers in Jerome were also impacted by a 6-inch break, and 25 customers along Harriet Lane were temporarily affected due to a 4-inch break.Â
