DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - McDonald's on West Eldorado in Decatur was named the top Round-Up fundraising store in 2025, raising $16,411 for families with children needing medical care.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois said the location raised the most money out of 100 stores across central Illinois.

The McDonald's Round-Up for RMHC program lets store guests round up their order to the nearest dollar, with the difference donated to families at the Ronald McDonald House.

Andy Birschbach also received recognition as the 2025 Round-Up Champ, given to the owner or operator with the highest store average.

"The West Eldorado team and Andy Birschbach exemplify what’s possible when a store fully embraces the mission. Their efforts will directly support families who need to stay close to their hospitalized child," said RMHC of Central Illinois CEO Amber Kaylor in a statement.
