CHARLESTON, Ill. (WAND) — Illinois Route 130 in Coles County is partially closed after a crash Wednesday.
According to a post from the Coles County Sheriff's Office at 8:40 a.m., IL Route 130 at Westfield Road just south of Charleston has been reduced to one lane as deputies respond to a crash.
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved, or if anyone was hurt.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area, and noted that Snake Trail Road is not a suitable alternate route because it is impassable due to high water.
