FAYETTE COUNTY - Illinois State Police are investigating a single-motorcycle crash in Fayette County Saturday night.
ISP officials say the crash happened on Interstate 70 at mile post 53.5 at about 10:35 p.m. According to the preliminary investigation into the crash, a 2005 Harley Davidson was traveling eastbound on I-70 when the driver lost control and crashed into the median.
Authorities say a 24-year-old man from Flora, Illinois was airlifted to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for treatment of injuries.
The investigation into this crash is ongoing.
