CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - The Champaign School Board is considering how to take action on a recent audit of the district's special education system. 

Former Superintendent Dr. Dan Cates recently reviewed Unit 4's programs. 

Monday night, the Board of Education voted to hire a lawyer to review the recommendations and determine what changes need to be made while still complying with Illinois and State Board law.
