DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur police are looking for a woman who they say is missing and endangered.
Phyllis C. Coon, 58, was last seen on April 23 at about 2 p.m. in the 1600 block of E. Walnut Street in Decatur.
She was wearing light-colored clothing, white shoes with orange trim and characters on them. She may have had a black and white jacket.
