HOOPESTON, Ill. (WAND) - A Hoopeston man was arrested last Friday for grooming and indecent solicitation of a child.
According to Hoopeston PD, Moises Torres, 41, attempted to meet up with a decoy who stated she was 13-years-old, in Hoopeston to perform sexual acts.
Hoopeston PD was alerted of Torres actions by EDPWatch.
After being interviewed and reviewing the evidence, Torres was placed under arrest and transported to the Vermilion County Jail on the initial charges.
