Power outage, storm, fuse box

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - City Water Light and Power crews are working to repair a power outage caused by a semi crash in Springfield. 

The crash happened at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and W. Lawrence Ave. Two power poles were broken. 

The intersection is closed to traffic. 

Customers impacted are along Veterans Parkway and Durkin Drive areas, between W. Washington St. and Old Jacksonville Rd./Monroe St. 

No timeline has been given for the repairs.
