EFFINGHAM, Ill (WAND) - Effingham offers a self-guided walking tour of local art.
Sculptures on the avenue in downtown Effingham feature 20-25 sculptures made by local Midwest artists. Each year, the sculptures change. They range from musical instruments to the human form to abstract.
There's something for everyone.
You can easily follow a map to get to know each of them. Effingham tourism director Jodi Thoele said each sculpture is entirely unique.
They also have an option to get a schedule walking tour of the walkable art gallery. You can set it up through Visit Effingham.
