CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Champaign's Unit 4 Board of Education took the next step in finding a new superintendent Monday.
The Board approved a contract for a search firm to conduct a nationwide review of potential candidates.
In May, the Board voted to remove Shelia Boozer as superintendent with one year remaining on her contract.
