Jacksonville- The Dallas Police Department along with the FBI have announced the addition of Brenda Delgado to the FBI’s Most Wanted list. Brenda Delgado is wanted for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution of a Capital Murder.  The FBI and Police say she killed Dr. Kendra Hatcher on September 12, 2015.Â
Loren Hamilton, with The Morgan Scott County Crime Stoppers says the victim's sister lives in Central Illinois, in Jacksonville.
