Flex-N-Gate Group to acquire Rantoul-based Eagle Wings Industries, Inc.

RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND) - Flex-N-Gate Group has agreed to acquire Rantoul-based Eagle Wings Industries, Inc.

The facility will be rebranded Flex-N-Gate Rantoul and will offer employment to Eagle Wings’ associates when the business transfer occurs later this year.

Eagle Wings delivers expertise in welding, stamping and e-coat paint processes, all of which Flex-N-Gate says will complement its major offerings which include complete bumper assemblies, mechanical assemblies, exterior plastic trim, stamped body-in-white and chassis assemblies, forward and signal lighting and plastic tailgate assemblies and complex welded structural assemblies for the light vehicle market.
