CLINTON, Ill. (WAND) — One man is in custody for a home invasion in rural DeWitt County.
On Wednesday, the DeWitt County Sheriff's Office asked the public for help in locating a home invasion suspect.
According to a Facebook post, the department was seeking Kenneth E. (Kenny) Mason III.
The sheriff's office said that Mason committed a home invasion and battery on Airport Road in rural DeWitt on Aug. 31. The homeowner was hospitalized with serious injuries.
A no bond felony arrest warrant for Home Invasion / Injury was issued for Mason.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
