DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — The Danville Police Department announced two promotions within the department Wednesday.
Lieutenant Doug Miller will be appointed as Deputy Chief and Sergeant Jason Jeffries will be promoted to Lieutenant.
Both promotions go into effect on Tuesday, September 23. A ceremony will be held that day at the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:30 a.m.
