SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A Springfield store will permanently close its doors on Christmas Eve.
Save A Lot shared on Facebook that its location at 2520 Clear Lake Avenue will have its final day at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24.Â
Shoppers are urged to stop by before then for any last-minute shopping.Â
"We want to sincerely thank you for shopping with us over the years. Your support has meant so much to us!" Save A Lot said in the post.Â
According to the chain's website, Save A Lot was founded in 1977 and operates around 700 stores in 30 states.Â
