(WAND) — Crashes and slide-offs are keeping Illinois State Police troopers busy Monday morning.
A winter storm left central Illinois blanketed in snow, with some areas getting up to 9 inches.
As of 10:15 a.m., there is an overturned semi in the roadway at I-74 westbound around milepost 165. Traffic is moving past in the left lane.
On On I-57 northbound at milepost 245, troopers are on scene another semi on its side with traffic is flowing through the area.
There are multiple reports of slide-offs that troopers are responding to.
Drivers should take caution when traveling, especially near emergency vehicles and first responders.
