MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - Lake Mattoon will be closed off to swimming until further notice.

Lake Mattoon Marina and Campgrounds posted an update to Facebook July 25, which said that IEPA water test results will not come back until Sunday.

Ramps will remain closed, and no swimming is allowed until further testing is conducted. 

The post said that water treatments will begin next week.
