DECATUR - The Decatur & Macon County Animal Control Shelter Foundation is inviting central Illinois residents to attend its "Ales for Tails" event on May 13.
Ales for Tails will be held at The Beach House in Decatur from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Attendees will be able to enjoy beers from Germany, Jamaica, Mexico, Australia, China, and the United States, as well as food and music. You can also bring your dog with you to this event, as dogs will be welcome on the east part of the new deck.
Tickets are $25 at the door, with all proceeds going to help the thousands of lost and abandoned animals cared for by the shelter. You must be 21 years old or older to purchase drink tickets.
