DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur Police said a person wanted in recent homicide is behind bars.Â
On the afternoon of April 10, US Marshals located 24-year-old Felipe K. Woodley-Underwood in Milwaukee, Wisc. Â
He was wanted for shooting and killing 24-year-old Bryston Musgrave on April 8 near the intersection of South Haworth and North Decatur streets.Â
Woodley-Underwood was booked in the Macon County Jail on the evening of April 19. He's charged with first-degree murder and harassment by electronic communication.
Milwaukee County Jail records show Woodley-Underwood has a bail set at $1,000,000.Â
