MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - A Mattoon man is facing charges for producing child pornography.
22-year-old Nicholas Bennett was arrested Tuesday morning.
He is accused of using a cell phone to take a lewd photo of a 4-year-old little girl the first week of January.
Bennett is being held at the Coles County Jail.
