DECATUR, Ill (WAND) Decatur Police were called out to W William St to respond to a shot fired at 1:52 AM Sunday. A party-type event at the Masonic Temple was involved and left one man with a non-life threatening injury to the neck. The hospital was unable to identify the wound as a stab or gunshot wound.Â
He was treated at Decatur Memorial Hospital.Â
