Moultrie County fugitive Herman A. Carroll is the top story on the America's Most Wanted website today. Sheriff's deputies arrested Carroll in July 2000 for sexual assault of a child. He posted bond, but never showed at court.

Carroll, from Sullivan, is a twice convicted child sex offender. He faces up to 90 years in prison if convicted again. If you have any information, call the Moultrie County Sheriff's Office at 728-4386.
