DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The U.S. Department of Labor says it has now opened multiple OSHA investigations at ADM in Decatur. 

OSHA has a non-formal inquiry open into a fire that happened last Monday, October 14. 

There were no injuries, but the fire prompted an evacuation of the corn plant. 

The agency is also investigating an explosion that happened at ADM on July 28. No one was hurt in that incident. 

But ADM is also contesting OSHA's findings from the September 10, 2023, explosion that left eight workers injured.
