SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - The Springfield Westside Rotary Club donated more than $3,265 to Owen Marsh Elementary School Wednesday.
The funds will help buy new i-Pads for classes, club president Mark Hilliard said.
"The learning is done in a variety of ways, and some students are definitely visual learners, so the programs they can access on the i-Pads help those students out," Hilliard said.
Club members have mentored students at the school for years, Hilliard said.
