CLINTON, Ill. (WAND) — A Powerball ticket that matched four out of five numbers plus the Powerball in Wednesday’s drawing was sold at a Casey's General Store on State Hwy. 54 in Clinton.
The Illinois Lottery said the ticket is worth $150,000 and has not yet been claimed.
The lucky winner has one year from the date of the winning draw to claim their prize. The Illinois Lottery encourages the winner to write their name on the back of their winning ticket and keep it in a safe place until they’re ready to claim their prize.Â
For selling the winning ticket, Casey’s in Clinton will receive a one percent bonus of the prize amount, or $1,500.
