DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur Police are investigating a shooting.

Decatur police tell WAND News there was a shooting in the 1100 block of East Cantrell St. 

The shooting happened around 5 P.M. on Saturday.

Police still have the area blocked off as of 6:30.

Police were unable to give any information on the identify or condition of the victim.
