SPRINGFIELD - Central Illinois veterans will be able to receive free dental care during a special event in Springfield Friday morning.
Free Dentistry Day officials say they are teaming with West Side Dental Group and 21st Century Dental to host this one-day event. From 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., veterans can visit 2965 South MacArthur Boulevard and receive a free cleaning, filling, or extraction.
This service is completely free, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year, Free Dentistry Day provided more than 2,500 patients with more than $1 million in free dental services.
