ATHENS, Ill. (WAND) — A fatal crash rerouted traffic on Illinois Route 29 just outside Athens Monday morning.
The crash, which happened at the the intersection of IL 29 at E. Hargrave Street, killed 70-year-old Karen Fox of Athens. She was pronounced dead at the scene by Menard County Deputy Coroners.
No further information has been provided about the crash.
