(WAND) - Severe thunderstorms moved throughout central Illinois Tuesday afternoon.
(WAND) — Scammers are looking to exploit damage caused by recent severe weather, according to Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul.
ST. JOSEPH, Ill. (WAND) — Illinois State Police confirmed that a semi truck overturned on Interstate 74 around 4:15 p.m. Friday.
The tornadoes touched down in Coles and Effingham counties.
The National Weather Service will assess damage Thursday to determine if any tornadoes touched down. More than a dozen Tornado Warnings were issued in central Illinois on Wednesday.
