SHELBYVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - The IHSA bass fishing state championships were held at Lake Shelbyville on Friday and Saturday. Among the 12 programs competing for team championships, Teutopolis was able to claim their second title in 3 years, reeling in a combined 31 pounds, 9 ounces.

Shelbyville also clinched a state trophy, with a 3rd place finish and a closing weight of 26 pounds, 8 ounces.

Argenta-Oreana placed a respectable 6th in the state, posting a weight of 23 pounds, 7 ounces.
