DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Many of you all may have enjoyed the day off today, with time spent outside under pleasant weather conditions. Most of our week will be spent on the pleasant and quiet side, but we can’t fully rule out raindrops yet. Details below:
After a quiet, mostly clear day today, quiet conditions continue tonight. A few clouds will build in this evening out of the southeast, thanks to the rain across the southeast coast, but we’ll remain dry into Tuesday. Those who remain mostly clear will see overnight temperatures drop into the upper 50s, while others will stay in the low 60s.
Clouds will continue to roll in throughout the day tomorrow. Even so, we’ll still enjoy warm highs in the low 80s. A strong block of dry air takes over the Central US this week, limiting rain chances throughout the week. Our best chance will be overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, and even then, we’re only tracking light rain.
